As a Senior Information Security Engineering Analyst, you’ll be part of the Cyber Defense (CD) – Ethical Hacking & Pentest Team. Your role will be to coordinate and execute penetration tests, define and manage attack surfaces, identify vulnerabilities, and drive automation for efficient security testing. You will also collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of secure systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Work as part of an agile penetration testing team, handling projects end-to-end.
  • Define attack surface scope using attack surface management and DNS tools.
  • Facilitate and coordinate network penetration tests with vendors and internal teams.
  • Automate manual scope and reporting processes.
  • Identify and report vulnerabilities, track ownership, and ensure retesting.
  • Generate and present security metrics and reporting for leadership.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pentesting, vulnerabilities, cloud, and automation.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior team members.
  • Occasionally provide on-call support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Information Security or relevant certifications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of OWASP framework.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of penetration testing lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with PowerApps or other automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for security metrics reporting.
  • Experience in API or AI development.
  • Penetration Testing certifications (PenTest+, CEH, OSCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Linux command-line and Windows Server administration.
  • Project management exposure.
